NEW POLICY - 01.06.2025
Our policy is changing and will be taking effect as of the 1st of June 2025.
This policy can be found at the bottom of your email confirmations, within your policy forms sent online, on our website, in our instagram highlight reels & in our June newsletter.
Please read all policies before booking your appointment.
Please note that our policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
ONLINE/IN PERSON CONSULTATION & PATCH TEST BOOKING FEES
Please note that all online/in person consultation and patch test booking fees are non-refundable. We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Appointments cancelled within this window, or missed without notice (no show), will result in the original booking fee being forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to secure a future session.
PAY PER SESSION - LASER & IPL TREATMENTS
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your first appointment.
A consultation & patch test is required 7 days prior to your first appointment.
Initial Payment Required:
At your first appointment, payment for the first two sessions is required in full, minus the £50 booking fee already paid.
Pay As You Go Model:
After your first session, the next payment will be due at your second appointment. This will allow your payments to be one appointment ahead at all times.
Cancellation & No Shows:
Please provide over 48 hours notice for any cancellations. 50% of that appointment cost will be forfeited if any cancellations and/or no shows happens within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are late to an appointment and only part of the appointment can be provided, this will still be a 100% appointment charge.
UV Exposure, Active Tan, Fake Tan of any kind:
If an appointment is abandoned due to uv exposure, active tan and/or fake tan of any kind; a 100% charge is applicable.
PAY UPFRONT PACKAGES & PAYPAL PAY LATER - LASER & IPL TREATMENTS
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable £50 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee secures your session and will be deducted from the total cost of your chosen package.
A consultation & patch test is required 7 days prior to your first appointment.
Initial Payment Required:
At your first appointment, payment for the package is required in full, minus the £50 booking fee already paid. Pay upfront packages and PayPal Pay Later packages are non-refundable.
Cancellation, Lateness & No Shows:
Please provide over 48 hours notice for any cancellations. You may reschedule an appointment once if it is outside of the 48 hour time frame. One appointment from the package will be forfeited if a cancellation or no shows happens within 48 hours of your appointment. If you are late to an appointment and only part of the appointment can be provided, this will still count as one full package appointment being used.
UV Exposure, Active Tan, Fake Tan of any kind:

ALL FACIAL TREATMENTS & ALL CRYOTHERAPY TREATMENTS
Booking Fee:
A non-refundable £20 booking fee is required at the time of scheduling your appointment. This fee secures your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.
Cancellation, Lateness & No Shows:
Please provide over 48 hours notice for any cancellations.
Less than 48 hours - 50% of that appointment will be charged to the card on file.
Less than 24 hours - 100% of that appointment will be charged to the card on file.
Lateness - if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we will try to accommodate what is left, if this isn’t possible then 100% charge will apply.
Rescheduling:
Please provide over 48 hours notice for any rescheduling. You may move an appointment twice if it is outside of the 48 hour time frame. If an appointment is rescheduled more than twice, a new £20 booking fee is required to secure the new appointment time.
UV Exposure or Active Tan:
If you attend your appointment with any recent UV exposure or active tan and the appointment requires no UV exposure to active tan - the appointment will be abandoned and 100% of that appointment will be charged.
GIFT VOUCHERS, ONLINE E-VOUCHERS & IN PERSON PURCHASE VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date.
The Laser Co is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen.
This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
This voucher is not valid with any other offer and / or special at The Laser Co.
This voucher must be used by one person in one visit.
REGULAR LASER/IPL PAY AS YOU GO CLIENTS - please make note that if you have not paid for two upfront treatments as per the new policy; the new policy is now in place and the any cancellation/no show or any other fees applicable will be charged to your card on file as per the new policy.

All Laser, All IPL & Radio Frequency Pay Per Session:
A £20 booking fee is required to book all treatments.
A consultation and patch test will be required 7 days prior to treatment.
If there is a cancellation within 48 hours of any treatment or a no show, a 50% charge of the total treatment amount will be incurred and charged to the card we have on file. The £20 booking fee will be deducted off this 50% cancellation/no show charge. A new £20 booking fee will be required when rebooking an appointment after a cancellation or no show.
If there has not been a cancellation within 48 hours of a treatment then the £20 booking fee will continue as a rolling booking fee for pay as you go laser sessions.
The £20 booking fee will be deducted off the total treatment amount if you do not wish to book in for the next treatment required or recommended.

The £20 booking fee will be deducted off the total treatment amount if you do not wish to book in for the next treatment required or recommended.
All Laser, All IPL & Radio Frequency Pay Upfront Packages & Paypal Pay Later Packages:
A prepay £20 booking fee is required when booking a consultation to secure your appointment.
A consultation and patch test will be required 7 days prior to treatment.
For pay up front laser packages or PayPal pay later laser packages the £20 booking fee will be deduced from the total package amount.
Pay upfront packages and PayPal pay later packages are non-refundable.
For pay up front packages and PayPal pay later packages, you may move an appointment if you cancel outside of the 48 hour window prior to treatment. However, if there has been a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice, you will have 1 treatment session deducted from your package.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to appointment. If rescheduling occurs with less than 48 hours notice then the cancellation policy will come into effect.
Gift Vouchers, online & in store purchase:
